We respect the National Do Not Call Registry. Unless you are an existing customer or have given us express written invitation or permission, we will not make outbound telemarketing calls to any telephone number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
2. Internal Do Not Call List
You may request to be placed on our own internal “Do Not Call” list. To be added to this list, please inform the representative during any call or contact us directly at (877) 319-0330. Please provide the telephone number you wish to have added. Your request will be recorded and processed promptly, and we will ensure you are not contacted for telemarketing purposes for at least five (5) years from the request date.
3. Call Monitoring and Recording
For quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, we inform callers at the beginning of the conversation that their call may be monitored or recorded. By continuing with the call after this announcement, you consent to such monitoring and recording.
4. Compliance
We train our personnel on this policy and maintain procedures to ensure compliance. We also require any third-party call centers we work with to adhere to the same standards.
